Delete your DUAUK online account

The fastest route is inside DUAUK: Profile → Account & Security → Delete online account. If you cannot use the app, begin a verified request below.

This is irreversible. Export anything you need first. Deleting the online account does not erase private Map, Field Journal or Library files stored on a device.

What DUAUK removes or anonymises

Name, email, optional telephone number and profile information.
Password, authenticator, recovery and session credentials.
Connections, blocks, memberships, direct conversations and private sharing records.
The public link between the user’s identity and retained archival history.

What may remain

Append-only security audit events and public Atlas revision/provenance history may remain under a pseudonymous identifier where necessary for security, fraud prevention and archive integrity. They are no longer linked to a searchable profile or contact details. Material independently held by another user, such as a downloaded personal copy, remains under that user’s control.

Request deletion without the app

Processing

Support will acknowledge the request, verify ownership and complete deletion without undue delay, normally within 30 days. A request may be paused where identity cannot be verified or where limited information must be preserved by law; the reason will be explained.
