Content or user concern
Use the in-app Report function so the moderator receives the correct user or content reference. Use Block to stop ordinary contact.
Account access
Use Forgotten password on the login screen. Never send a password, authenticator secret or complete access token to support.
Account deletion
Delete inside Account & Security, or use the public deletion request.
Emergency: DUAUK is not an emergency or rescue service. Call 999 if somebody is in immediate danger.
Useful details for a test report
- Phone model and Android version.
- What you expected and what happened.
- The exact steps immediately before the problem.
- Whether it happens again after restarting DUAUK.
- The in-app privacy-filtered crash report, where available.
